Water
The water supply to the site is derived from a deep well located on site. Well-water is stored in a settlement tank before being transferred to a large capacity underground concrete storage tank. The water is then filtered and automatically transferred via a pressure booster pump to a dedicated underground concrete storage tank in the villa with a minimum capacity for 2-3 days. Each villa is provided with a dedicated water meter located at the property boundary. Hot water to the villa is provided by a system, which captures the waste heat from the air conditioning to heat water stored in an insulated tank with an electrical back up system. Package wastewater bio septic treatment systems are provided to each villa to treat all wastewater prior to discharge into concrete soak ways. All wastewater discharged from the site meets Local Authority Standards.
 
Air Conditioning & Ventilation Systems
Each villa is provided with Daikin “eco” air conditioning units to achieve internal conditions of 23 degrees C.
