The PartnersDavid Delhanty (Bsc honours economics) was born in the UK. Before embarking on a career in Koh Samui real estate, he worked extensively as an IT consultant in London. Specialising in investment banking, the companies he worked at include Goldman Sachs, Morgan Grenfell Asset Management, DKB International and Natwest Markets. Before working for RSP, Mark Smyth, from the UK, was working as a licensee in central London. Prior to this, he had a career in the music industry; starting at the tender age of just 17, he quickly worked his way up the ladder to be world wide sales manager at just 20 years old |
