The villa boasts spectacular views across the bay to the sister island of Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, and coupled with the convenience of direct beachfront access to one of the premier beaches on Koh Samui make this villa a perfect choice for those wanting to get away from the stresses of everyday life.

There is air-conditioning throughout the villa as well as Wi-Fi, a fully integrated Crestron Control system throughout the villa, so you can watch and listen to DVDs and CDs in every room. Also, this system can be used to control the digital lighting and set the mood making this a fully automated smart home, one of the first in Koh Samui! To further compliment this, the furnishings and decor are extremely stylish throughout.

The maid's quarters are located in the driveway with a carport,  a few steps lead down to the entrance of this stunning waterfront villa. Upon entry to the villa one will find the TV Lounge complete with a 50 inch plasma screen, a generously large seating area which leads out to a superb coy carp pond with a bridge leading on to a good size hardwood entertainment terrace complete with BBQ and infinity pool. From there the steps lead down onto the white powdery sand beach and its crystal clear blue waters.

The infinity-edge swimming pool is tiled in green imported stone, and surrounded by a hardwood deck with sun-loungers. In a separate pavilion is a truly stunning fully fitted kitchen, which was imported from Italy, and comes complete with a built in coffee machine, an island breakfast bar and a second lounge area with a large sumptuous sofa and 42 inch plasma. On the first floor the three bedrooms each contain King size teak wooden beds, 32 inch LCD TVs, air conditioning and are decorated with a plethora of chic Asian crafts.

Each of the three bedrooms comes with its own private ensuite with deluxe rain showers, large storage compartments, terrazzo basins and stainless steel fixtures and settings.
