There will be eight land plots available to the public set within the grounds of the golf course. The Royal Samui Golf and Country Club will be a fully operational 18 hole golf course and will have the facilities of a superior country club.
The clubhouse will incorporate three restaurants, a sports bar, state of the art gymnasium, spa, crèche and conference facilities. There will also be an extensive pool and leisure area attached to the clubhouse. Currently 9 holes are in the construction stage set to open the end of May 08. The clubhouse is well under way, with the roof already on and the interior about to be started. The clubhouse will be operational in the latter part of 2008. It is envisaged the remaining nine holes will be under construction when the clubhouse opens.
These plots will come with full infrastructure (road, electric and water).
Each plot will have a covenant to protect the surrounding area and the golf course.
It will be possible to build around 4-500m² two storey house. The restrictions will allow designs from external architects but will have to be approved by the board.
Each plot will have the privilege of 1 lifetime membership and one honorary membership.
As would be expected ‘The Company’ will protect the surrounding area which will enable the best returns for our clients. We will also have a restriction on real estate being built at least five meters from all boundaries.
If required ‘The Company’ can arrange design and construction and all on going facilities; including the rental and management of the property.
The cost for these plots will be released at 7,875,000 Thai baht.
It is possible to use ‘the company’ mortgage facility. This facility is for eight years.
